Payment questions
Is it a subscription?
No. Each paid plan is a one-time payment for a single event - no subscription and no recurring fees. An event starts on the Free plan, and you buy Pro or Full in the organizer panel. You pay by card, BLIK or Przelewy24 (payments are handled by Stripe). You need an account to buy - an email address and a password.
Can I get a refund?
The plan starts working right after payment, so under the terms the right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). If a technical error prevents you from using a paid plan, write to kontakt@fotoclick.pl - we review every such case individually.
